Default Wow!

tbob told me this one would be a killer to find a few pages back! I took that challenge and then found it on 707's website after a quick google search and had to have it! Thank you tbob seriously without you I wouldn't have even tried!

I am thrilled and I jumped on this right away! I now have a very nice red seen a couple pages back, this blue background, and a beater green that you can see in my album linked below. I am going for all four obviously and I think this is a great card! If someone here won the lot of E98's in the Huggins/Scott auction and would like to trade me the Walsh Orange background I would be even more thrilled! Thanks for looking guys and amazing pickups to everyone else this month, I wish my collection could be as nice and large as yours!

Default Marching out with my Johnson

Despite the catchy title of my message, let's just say that I am excited to have this card in my collection, it's a real classic.
I have one more that I hope to get in March...then I need to take a break!

How about $204 shipped? I'll take it! I paid 225 for the Red SGC 30 but like tbob said a few pages ago, it went for double that a couple years ago. Not a bad price at all if the blue is that rare!

all 4 colors are same, none is rare. $200 is not bad for that blue, it looks better than the average 1. i was underbidder on your red and was also underbidder on a 30 green a couple months back.

Brian L,

Nice Wo Jo portrait! That one is on my list too. Presents very well for a 20.

Steve S,

Nice 14 Wagner. Another nice one for the grade.

Nice card Seth and at a nice price!
I have to disagree with Quan about the Walsh cards. I think not only are they tough but the blue seems to be the toughest. I have owned 6 Walshs, 4 reds, 1 green and 1 orange and rarely saw a blue. The E98s have a first level of toughness which includes Vaughn, Coombs and Mack and a second tier which includes Dahlen, Tenney and Walsh, in my opinion. Matty, of course, is difficult because of its desirability and price as are Wagner and Cobb. If you have big bucks you can pick up Honus and Ty but Matty is harder to spot.
The E98s are really drying up. There was a low grade near set on ebay which went off the other day but other than that (and some high priced BINs), you don't see them like you used to on ebay. E94s are still tougher but the E98s have become harder to find lately.
