I reported him as well. I doubt ebay is going to do anyhting about this guy. As I said in a prior post, this is the new Ebay....we need to get used to it I guess.

I love buying ungraded cards off of Ebay and am hoping this is not a thing that happens alot. Is it?

Can't we just get our kids or pets to get an ebay id and bid high for these fakes and then don't pay? It's been a long time since I setup my ebay account. Is this idea possible now?

Now you can pay, say it's not what you thought, get a refund, and keep the card.
