It the photo is vintage, that would likely add value but not enough to justify getting an LOA for the photo itself. You just need someone to look at it to judge if its old or original or what.
Just looking at the image here, if it's a real photo it does look as if it could be old or older, with the sepia borders. Most recent photos will have bright white borders. If you wanted, you could send it to Beckett and they would holder it for you with label for the photo. They'd be able to determine if it was vintage versus new.
