Looks like a flower. Definately done after someone got it!

Disagree. That might be a factory print, if the same factory was producing tobacco flower cards. I'm no expert on these, but it is possible.

the fact that the extra printing is in two colors makes me believe it may be a factory misprint. Not alot of "stamps" are two colors.

It could be printed on there or it could also simply be a transfer or decal that was applied by the original owner of the card. Is there a textural dfference between the areas without the image and the areas that include it or is it uniform (ie is there a thickness to the back image or not)?

If it was a wet sheet transfer the word "Azalea" would be reverse negative... Looks like a stamp of some kind to me, but that doesn't rule out a printer scrap.

There isn't any textural difference between the card and the stamp. I am thinking it was something that was done in the printing with there being 3 different colors that make up the stamp.

A couple of my Buck Barker Zeenuts, with a special James Cagney 'transfer' on one of them. I don't think the flower is anything more than a 'tattoo' that was/(still?) available when I was a kid...you wet them and press against the skin or other surface to transfer the colors.
