Beautiful examples, Jeremy. I remember about 18 years ago, I saw my first sample of the T211 set, at a card show in Atlantic City. The dealer wanted a hundred bucks for a pretty beat up card, but I kicked myself later for not buying.
Too many stories like that to tell. Thanks again for posting these. I love seeing how these 1909-12 sets correlate, in terms of poses and design. Such a great indication of the era. |
