The J, K and A cabinets are not very common, and are, I think, among the nicest of the early 20c. In addition to the two fronts of Ames and Sheckard, I have also scanned the back of Ames to display the J, K & A publication notice. There is a copyright stamp at the bottom of each player's photo (obscured by the grass in Ames) with what appears to be a series number. That number is repeated in the bottom right corner of the photo's mount.

The real expert on these cabinets, as he is with virtually all 19c and early 20c material, is Terry Knouse.

Agree with all of the comments above. I think the images are what set the JKA's apart from other period issues.

I think I need to rescan mine to make the image a little darker like Jeff and Tyler. They look much better with the dark black gasket contrast.
