Thats fine. I didnt mean to insult you and your overgraded card.
PS - that link isn't yours. That link is for a REALLY NICE SGC 4. If you put up a pic of your card and a pic of that one you will see what I am talking about. Still doesn't change VCP averages. You also can't compare SGC to PSA, even though it is the same card. Too many registries participants on both sides, and not everyone wants to play the crackout game. 1. It's MY listing, yet you have the nerve to stick YOUR 2 cents in about the grade the card got thus impacting the sale. (really this is the crux of the argument, but just to further prove your douchbaggery...) 2. IMO means In MY Opinion (regarding the price). And really the only people whose opinion counts on any card is the buyer or the seller. Neither of which you qualify for in this case. 3. I understand that there are indeed much nicer 4's out there. However, you claimed that my asking price was that of a 4 because of your "$18 a month VCP subscription" (thanks for the ad by the way), I provided a link to a card with the same number on it that sold for almost double what I was asking, to help illustrate that maybe VCP wasn't always the only source. No where did I claim that was my card. The SGC vs PSA argument holds zero weight in regards to sales. Sometimes SGC does better, sometimes PSA does better. 4. $65 as a starting price for my card, while maybe high... is not completely out of the realm and gives some negotiating room. Did you ever consider the card would sell for less since EVERYBODY is looking for a bargain these days? Oh wait... you did in this very thread today: Quote:
Look I get it... you're trying to save face here in front of the other board members... but regardless if the card is over graded and regardless if my starting price was too high... it's RUDE be weighing in on people's cards for sale unless you have an interest. And yes... that makes you an A-Hole in this case. |

Bobbyw:
Not that you asked, but my advice: Bail on this. You and Jeff were totally out of line posting comments about a card that was for sale on the B/S/T. It was bad form, plain and simple. You're only digging yourself deeper with each subsequent post. Take it for what it's worth. Rob |

The comments about the original post were totally out of line.
Infractions were given to each member. Next will be banishment and/or suspension. Shut the hell up on the BST unless you are buying something or involved with the transaction in a positive manner. If you have negative comments either PM them or keep them to yourself (the latter is better). Happy collecting. regards
