I nominate the W515 Cobb (and strip cards in general, but that one stands out). If the registration is poor he looks evil instead of smiling. Not my scan, but here's a pretty bad example:

Default What's The Worst Looking Card Ever

The above is a great example, some of the strip card examples from the 1920s are just terrible.

No doubt this Cobb Strip is one of the most ridiculously ugly cards I have ever seen....

What is up with the Alien Skull ? Could the artist have been sending a message ? His cranium is about to hatch a Lil Tyrus.

I'd pretty much nominate almost any of the w515's. That Cobb is pretty bad, but I've always thought that the Grover was absolutely the most hideous card ever.

There's always the most generic set ever made...The 1949 MP&Co. set that borrowed all the images from it's '43 set....Gotta love the white Larry Doby, and as added bonus we get to see what Bob Lemon would've looked like playing for Chicago...Oh yeah, and the corrected version with a giant blank spot across his jersey. It's not obvious or anything. Oddly enough, I love this set..

The pic of Grover is artist rendering Steroid Era version. If Grover would have been hitting the horse hormones, his head would have certainly looked like that... The Grover and Ty are absurd. Had to be a Wacky Pack for kids back in the day... Those suck.

I also hope he was kidding, if not, he should be banned from the board and deported. Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, just not that one! (now I'm kidding)

That Reese greatly resembles the 1907 Red Belt pc... Another terrific card.

My nominee, the Deliverance kid:

For some reason this card always reminded me of "Sloth" from the Goonies...it makes me want to go get a Baby Ruth bar!
