My 1980 Nozaki does not show it, nor does my copy of Gilkeson. They only have the color varieties with no definition of physical deformities.

Good catch Bob. I have them both but had always considered them just a color variation before looking closer. Are there any of the manager cards for 1973 that positively have no color variations ?
