I went to the Thanksgiving show while I was in NY. I don't want to be too negative, but for me there really wasn't much there and the Thanksgiving show was supposed to be one of the bigger ones. There is some pre-war but be prepared to overpay. It seems to me like the show I was at only attracted dealers and not collectors in terms of the tables and the men running them. Mostly all of the tables I looked at had huge mark ups on their cards and if you were trying to sell anything it would be at a loss.
