Default Babe Ruth

How many of you know that Babe Ruth was one of the first super athletes to undertake a rigorous physical
training program ?

In 1925, Ruth's weight had peaked up to 245 lbs.; and, it was one of his worst seasons. That December, he
took the advice of a well-known trainer (Artie McGovern) and Ruth started a training regime that continued
through the rest of his BB career. This really payed off for him, as evidenced from Ruth's great performance
in the years (1926 - 1933) that followed.

Default 1926-29 Ruth postcard

smtjoy - The 1926-29 postcard back Ruth is one awesome looking card. Would love to get a poster size print of this card for my tax office. I have never seen a yellow tint. I do have this card in PSA 5 - will never let it go. Classic, classic, classic !
