Default New Marlboro Match Base Ball

By far my best pick-up in the last decade... (I have shown it many times)

The first picture is a diagram of a baseball field with four names written on the bottom corner. The second picture is the "Rules and Regulations of the New Marlboro Match Base Ball Co." Notice the same four names on the bottom corner. The third picture is a signature of whom I am certain is responsible for drawing the diagram and the rules. The fancy signature "William Lewis Camp" is in an autograph album from the South Berkshire Institute dated 1863. The signatures of all four of the names written above are in this album which ties the whole lot to the South Berkshire Institute. The fourth picture is of the Institute located in New Marlboro, Mass.

A similar period image to yours, Jeremy. 1874 or 1875 Bostons and an unidentified probable NA team, possibly from Philadelphia.

Default Oakland A's 71-75

One of my favorite pieces this decade mainly because it took so darn long to complete. I first started with just the main A's starters from 72-74, then realized I'd be missing out on some players I wanted, so changed the scope to every player from 72-74 but realized that Charlie Finley made a heck of a lot of trades. Decided on all players from 71-75 that were on the playoff and WS rosters...still a large project, and who knew that Vern Hoscheit would be so darn hard to find!

It feels like a decade since I picked up anything baseball related (although an awesome year for pre-prohibition beer), this would still be my favorite:
