Tuesday nite Trivia....How many T206's comprise a master set ?
Bill Heitman's book titled "The Monster" was published in 1980. The "T206 maniacs" (as he referred to them back then)
that considered completing a "master set" of T206's, speculated that it would consist of at least 7000 cards. That was the 1980's....now in the 21st Century, and thanks to the internet, we are realizing that "The Monster" is not as bad as a T-Rex....but, perhaps just a small "Brontosaurus", due to the many NO PRINTS within the various 35 backs in this set. Therefore, most of the numbers posted here so far are considerably higher than the actual current number. Continue on ? TED Z
