2 questions...if you don't mind: 1) As far as insurance...just postal or home owners as well? 2) What kind of minimum grade should I ask for? I was thinking of saying PSA 2 to increase the chances of them grading it. I have read where they are more thorough and usually grade a hair under the other 3rd party graders. I also don't want to sell it short. If I put it as a 3...???
