Why is the T200 New York AL so tough

I have the Boston National from this set and with my T206 Boston National Super Set quest slowing to a crawl I am giving serious consideration to completing this set.

If anyone is interested would you rank the difficulty of the 16 cards in the set.

And given the fragile nature of these cards what would be a realistic grade range if you were looking to put together a mid to high end set?

It doesn't sound to me as if collecting a set of premiums is possible...let alone in high grade?

I think it would certainly be an undertaking.

This question was relative to the set. For example a high grade T200 set could be an average SGC 40 and a mid could be SGC 20.

I don't have access to population reports so I really don't know.
