William L. (Billy) Laval was with Winston-Salem in 1909 and 1910 and that is indeed the team the T210-5 and the T209-2 (mispelled Loval) are pictured with so it appears to be the same guy.
Pretty cool find, I was totally unaware he had later become the South Carolina football coach. -Rhett
