Are these for inserting into standard sized toploaders or for inserting in tobacco sized toploaders?

You can insert them into either. They are made for tobacco size toploaders. They are great for grading, or people who use semi rigids for storage.
They are made to sleeve the card so what ever application you use them for is up to you.

I did for a couple weeks after that. That was then. If you have any problems please see a moderator.
Also if you can prove that I have not been selling toploaders longer with the best pricing please let me know and I will retrack my statement.
