I've long thought it odd to pay $200 for an autograph ball you could get elsewhere for $40.
The reasons may be getting a chance to see the star in person and if someone has something special he wants signed-- ala a game used jersey. The latter I could certainly understand. Last edited by drc; 10-09-2009 at 12:33 PM.
