It could be Yankee Stadium, but the big wicker seats don't seem right for YS. The mezzanine had regular fold-down stadium wooden seats. Why is no one sitting in them? I think the most diagnostic clue might be the style of the "2" in the section numbers.

I don't know the stadium...but I think that it is closer to the 50's maybe.

Looking at the section markings on the upper deck, I think it's a lock for Yankee Stadium. This image is from Opening Day of the Stadium and the 1923 season.
