It most definitely is a great stress reliever. Just a few minutes ago I had a "TPS Reports" type moment. Reading the board keeps me from screaming.

collecting helps but can't compare with the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy.
still, might make sense to use them in tandem.
