I have been collecting since childhood in the mid-'70s.
Primary interests are pre-WWI including E cards, N cards, and T206s. Increasingly I am getting interested again in Topps cards from the '50s and '70s I am a patriotic veteran peace activist with several tours of duty that have resulted in numerous arrests for acts of civil disobedience. I have been a professor of philosophy and religion (specializing in Indo-Tibetan Intellectual History) since 1999. Author of one book, co-author of another (forthcoming early 2010), editor of a third, author of more than 20 articles on Buddhist thought and practice, and translator for the Dalai Lama among others.
