Im by no means an expert and the legit example is too small. But don't the print dot pattern used on the ebaY sign kill it?
Also, the ebay "HASSAN" is a different font, noticible when comparing the 3D shadowing effect. Dots along border;

My opinion
I'm turned off by the fact that the faces don't match the cards or the real display that I showed above. Also, I've seen that one multiple times on Ebay, so I can't imagine there are that many of them. I would steer way clear...
