title says it all......Show me something that I don't know.....I never paid any premium for a toy town stamp....my copy is an e97 in pr condition I paid all of $20 for.....who cares? As I have said before.....folks that think overprints (other than this one which has never had any extra value) are easy to fake are either idiots or ignorant. Pick one. |

I owned a E98 Old Put Cobb, and for a few years that card was the pride of my collection. At the time we thought Old Put stamps were found on E98 cards with red backgrounds only. Then one day, we see the Old Put overprint on E98 cards with blue backgrounds, and at that point, I became completely uncomfortable with the aftermarket overprints.
Everyone can collect whatever they are comfortable with. The overprint cards are still interesting cards, but I am personally going to stay away from all overprints that were stamped after the actual production process. Just my opinion and to each his own. |

Whilst we have little regard for the sarcastic commentary of those"beater collectors", drug using left wing liberals, ex-cons and micro-minds that often can be found "swimming in the sea of mediocrity", we do apologize for the "typo" in the want list.
Clearly, E 200 should have been E 221 And by the way, a big thank you to the two collectors who have written to us privately. We have already completed one transaction, albeit not for an item on the posted list. |

Love it! Bruce is one of my favorite board members, and that is not sarcasm.

Same here. Bruce's posts are always entertaining, and I think it is great that he does not mind being laughed at. |

Rob you look lovely in the dress
We suspect that you and your fellow cross-dressers will soon form a "board of your own." As they say, if the shoe fits...wear it. How high are your heels? |
