25 Variation covers
As Steve has stated, I've cataloged 25 different variations.
The HOF had stated there was 11. In the last 5 yrs, I've been scouring ebay for copies. What's ironic is the fact that I was missing 2 copies for 5 yrs and found both within 3 wks!! For those not familiar - the difference in the sheet music variations is the photo of the singer on the front. Plus 2 singers have variations of themselves - e.g. Trixie Friganza - one portrait, one standing. The 24th was Jack Norworth himself - I did see one a few yrs ago and was signed - it went for more money than I anticipated!  Also, the 1927 version - which I picked up a few yrs ago does have the change in verse characters - Katie Casey/Nelly Kelly - I have never read why he changed them? This has been one of the more enjoyable areas of my collecting. mike
