Not one of the E95 notebook cover Chances (they all have Chicago at the bottom). The NY name means it was issued or prepared to be issued or proofed to be part of a new but never issued set years after the E95 set was issued. Two others exist, a Kling Boston (mine) and one other which belongs to Keith Olberman (drawing a blank).
