I would also send it back to the seller asking for a refund. And if you don't get a response, then dispute it through paypal. More than likely, you'll get your money back from PayPal. Makes you wonder why the seller didn't offer insurance. He has alot of feedback, so it's not like he doesn't know about insurance. He probably knew it was busted and tried to pass it off...sorry about your luck. David
