Generally speaking, it's poor etiquette to comment negatively on someone else's BST post. (Although not technically on the BST, this is a BST thread.)

I was surprised too...
I was surprised by the post too... it was a knock on PSA's customer service...
I have no clue as to what that has to do with the lot of cards I am selling? They are PSA graded but I'm in no way affiliated with PSA and my customer service is completely separate from theirs!
