I'd think it would be worth more than $1,000. Maybe over $2,000. The Ruth cut cards can sell for good money.

Never really paid attention to these, but what a funny thing to say on the back "was authenticated by a third party authenticator." Who was this mysterious third party authenticator? Does it not matter so long as someone says it's good?

I'm out of touch with SP Legendary Cuts, but I'd say about $3,000 or so.

Matt,
I'd say that is fallout from the UD fiasco from a couple years back. Some sorta CYA in case they get sued, they're dumping the responsibility on someone else. |

Guess all this advice from the board was not paid attention to.
This card with that huge smear is now on ebay with a $9500 BIN. |

I still think the card is worth closer to $1000 or so. I am well aware of the fact that lots of these 1of1 special "cut" cards sell for huge premiums, but I would have to believe the quality of the signature matters somewhat and this is, unfortunately, not a high quality signature. The smear really detracts from it.

Richard, They must be valuing the smear at around 5-6 thousand. ![]() Very nice pull but probably worth something considerably south of the B-I-N. Last edited by HRBAKER; 06-12-2009 at 12:21 PM. |
