I'm checking on Dan's items. If they are all correct, and I think they are, he will win in a VERY close post - Steve M had only one scan to add and then one item to complete!

Congratulations to Dan! He wins in only 1 hour and 4 minutes! Wow. You guys are FAST. Here I thought it might take too long.

And the most interesting thing I ran across throwing this together in about two minutes ... Deacon White was born in 1847. He was the earliest I ran across. I almost made the question born before 1850, but figured that would be too tough to find. So when they printed the OJ's, he was 40ish.
