Joann, I agree with Mark that I think the first photo is circa 1900...and probably late 1890s. Great pickup!

This Spalding dozen baseball box arrived today. Aside from a little tape in the corner its in very good shape. Not normally the type thing I go for, but only paid $40 which seemed like a real bargain.

Thanks guys. Very cool if it were actually 19th Century. Somehow I was thinking that wearing the collar up was more related to the late 00's and early 'teens.

Female player cards and photos from 19C are a lot less common than the ~1910 era. But then, it's very unusual to be able to date them exactly too, so you never know.

Just picked this up from the framing place. I had them frame the ticket to the last game at the old stadium and one from when i went to opening day this year, and also the items they gave us as give aways.
