I was told by the family that they were kept in a small box until just before Pop visited them years ago. The family had gone to see Jack Byrd in Gaitherburg and purchased T sleeves where they remain as we speak.
Another neat tidbit was that they still had our modest business card that dad had made up for us way back then, D & D Sports and our old home phone on it. That was neat to see as well. All of the cards don't look like these unfortunately. There are many nice one but some have a small penciled number on the front which is just a grade killer. Thanks to all for the kind words and yes, being able to do this with pop was really special! Dan

Nice..... I love finds.... There is nothing better than going through 400-500 "new" cards from the original owner. You get to see the slight differences in cuts and sizes that most collectors never get to see... Be well Brian PS Being able to spend quality time with Dad, doing what you both enjoy is priceless..... What a nice early Father's Day present...
