I'm a big fan of video games, especially vintage Nintendo games. I probably still play stuff like Punch Out and Super Mario Bros as much as I did when I was a kid!

Thats funny, my kids dragged out the old SEGA Genesis game system and proceeded to pummle me silly with a chair while playing WWF (wrestling you know). It has been a long time since we played that, how do they still remember the moves? The graphics are horrible, but its fun nevertheless.

I think we program those moves into our brains as kids and never forget them. I'm 28 and I still remember all the moves and codes like I did when I was 5-6 years old.

When I'm not looking for T206's, I play video games and pastor a small church.
*Note that these three activities are most definitely not listed in order of importance.

Default What I Do

I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old that dominate most of my time. My boy just wants to throw the ball and my girl wants to talk about how much boys stink. What a great life! Other than that, I am thoroughly enjoying the Rockets' playoff run. I bought season tickets this year for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the value.

I collect historical autographs. A few examples:

And I fly. Heres a photo--taken many years ago, I admit--of me with the 1930s-era Tiger Moth I used to fly when I lived in England.

I knew Jim Morrison wasn't dead.

A fellow video game guy here...from the original Nintendo to the current generation of games. Anybody here have an XBox 360? Wouldn't mind getting a game of something together with some fellow Net54 members, so if anyone is interested just send me a PM and we'll exchange GTs.

I also enjoy reading about a variety of subjects from baseball to politics, science (especially astronomy and space exploration), investing, and history. I also enjoy writing, especially screenplays, and have a few in progress currently.

Finally, I've also been spending more time at the gym lately trying to get in better shape...I've let it slide the last year or so and am starting to feel it.

Non collecting-related baseball activities (sort of):

-Tracking down lost/missing players, both dead and alive
-Finding relatives of deceased players to gather new biographical info
-Visiting neglected gravesites of players

Autograph-related activities, non-baseball:

-Collecting the signatures of other people who intrigue me (mostly literature and rock & roll)

Other:

-Trivia junkie
-Texas Hold 'Em
-Travelling North America

I have several interests....hmmm...in no particular order:

My Daschund, Tic Tac (don't laugh at his name - one of my ex-gf's named him - I had no choice in the matter)

The Bimmer (there's a German theme going on here I noticed)

My Bike

and of course my GF
(sorry, I took the picture down hehehehe - I think she'd kill me if I put that up. Interestingly enough, she helps me get deals on cards....not quite sure how she does it )
