Nice win%. Dominant? Probably not. Look at how many times he led the league in the following categories:

Wins (1)
ShutOuts (1 - same year as the year he led the league in Ws)
Ks (0)
ERA (0)

Even the one thing people bring up he only led the league once:

Win% (1)

300 wins is the lock number for Mussina.
