Orange Border it is!
Per another board members suggestion I contacted Dan McKee directly and he said without a doubt it was a 1910 Orange Border.
To go further Dan emailed a long time collector with what he said was the largest known collection of these cards and he wrote back confirming he had a Magee like the one I posted. I appreciate all the input from everyone. If anyone can help me with assessing this cards value, please PM me.
