According to the Indiana Attorney General's office website they advise Indiana residents if they receive supplies they didn't order that they should not pay and should not return unordered mechandise. "You may treat unordered mechandise as a gift." Indiana has had a number of scams which they have been going after involving the shipment of unordered items. I suspect this guy is being cautious and he may be concerned that if he mails it back you may claim he didn't send all of it. This wasn't his fault and in a local town he may already be aware that you called the police on him--so I would send the prepaid envelope and be very, very happy if you get the cards back. |
