Probably 1908 - 1913.

The mix of ages leaves you wondering who they were. High School, Normal School, Athletic Club, Semi-Pro, Pro.

Any clues on the reverse.

No, there is nothing on the back - and it's a print on rather thin photo paper - no border so it might have been cut from a larger print -
