Why is this 1962 Mantle not cataloged in the SCD Standard?

Probably if more than one of these would have been issued. Such as one for Pitching by Bob Gibson. They would be listed. Part of the reason for including a "set" in the catalog would be so people know what is available. To provide a checklist. I understand lone issues are listed but they are usually without a doubt cards - Bowery Bank DiMaggio is listed I believe.
