Default Can anyone help me out with a stamp collection?

Posted By: barrysloate

I recently collected American stamps and know them pretty well. I will tell you that very little post 1930 has any value at all, and even most stamps between 1900-1930 have minimal value, although some do. Quality 19th century stamps have some potential. If your collection is mostly modern stuff, say post 1940, you can just use them for postage. Even mint they are only worth face value. You can email me at bsloate@att.net if you have questions. Regards, Barry
