Anyone have an estimate as to how rare the 1934 Wards Sportie's pins are? I have a Foxx, and was just curious. Any help would be appreciated. Always like to try and figure out how many are out there for various cards etc. etc. |

I'm no expert but some of the Ward's are really tough (Dean, Foxx, Wilson). Grimm comes up for sale all the time along with Gehringer. I only need Foxx and Wilson to complete the set so if you want to sell or trade, please let me know. |

Not sure, but I sold a Schoolboy Rowe for $101.00 last month. This is the only one I have ever had. |

Andy, any idea why it is not in the price guide? And how rare is this thing? |

I'm not sure how scarce it is but being a litho, it's hard to find one unscratched. The SCD guide covers most pinback sets but there are many single event or advertising buttons that they omit. It seems that the Beckett guide has more of these in the last section (although i only flipped through it once or twice). |
