E92 backs: whats the order of difficulty

I can only base my answer on what I have seen, heard, and read about...which is a fair amount. I have seen far fewer Managerie and Boxing misprint backs as even the red backs. As they are misprints they don't garner the prices of the E92 red backs. I guess I have seen about 5 E92 menagerie backs and about 3-4 E92 boxing ones...I am sure there a lot more out there but this is at least a relativity from 12-13 yrs of avid collecting, in the internet age. Would be curious of others' opinions.
