I find a $1k card on eBay that is a BIN and has the little gold symbol indicating the item is eligible for the Microsoft discount. I hit the BIN for $1k and paypal credits my account $120.00. Is that correct? I am concerned about the "may be eligible" part of the statement. Is there an upper limit to the cash back? I also have my eye on a $6k card, which when coupled with the 12% discount of $720.00, the purchase could make sense. |
