Default Mastro....who's got their winnings? Not gonna ask about consignment money :)

Same here... arrived today. Marked fragile and nicely packaged, thank goodness (the UPS guy dropped the box on the way to my porch.)

Also received mine today. Three boxes well packaged. I've never complained about their shipping before. I was just a little nervous when the company I sent a check to disappeared shortly after cashing my check. Glad it all worked out and I'm extremely pleased with the items I won.

I think some of us (myself included) hit the panic button too soon. My item was beautifully packaged, and I would like to commend Mastro for the many years of fine (top notch) service they have provided.

I can attribute many of my finest pieces to Mastro, and have acquired some wonderful items... thanks to them. They have been working under difficult conditions as of late, and I look forward to seeing the new company's offerings. Hopefully, Legendary Auctions will prosper, and will continue to offer the same high quality items and service that Mastro did over the past decade.

Many thanks (and best of luck, moving forward) to Mark, Doug and the rest of the gang.

Mark-

I disagree with hitting the panic button too soon. WE all know there are consigners from past auctions still waiting on money. It has been weeks since this auction ended, and I never got a single line of communication from Mastro until this.

Understood... I was just trying to put things in proper perspective, as Mastro had served most of us very well over the past decade. I just wanted to acknowledge their many years of fine service, as opposed to the last few weeks, which were admittedly rough for many of us.

After having a few conversations, I believe that the few people remaining at Mastro did the best they could under the circumstances. Much of the fear and panic here was due to rumor and innuendo, rather than based on fact.

What I am trying to say is that my long-term memories of Mastro will be positive (this last little glitch not withstanding). Anyway, I am glad we both got our "stuff" and can breathe a sigh of relief.
