BCCG 10 guaranteed BGS 9?

Is the grade of "11", EXTRA MINT? It's kind of like that movie Spinal Tap where the guy has an "11" on his volume knob. The "11" is louder than the loudest volume achievable! Maybe they'll go to half grades and make 10.5's.
