I think Jim is correct in his assessment. The "flippers" have no issue with putting up a scan when they go to list their cards on ebay. Also the "flippers" are generally here to post on the BST not on any topics on the main part of the board so I doubt they are even reading this thread.

I usually pass over the listings that don't provide scans even if I want to card. If you have the time to buy something to sell it then take another minute of your time to scan it and post it or don't bother posting at all.
