TRADEMARK or No TRADEMARK, that is the N162 question ?

My guess is hype--trying to make something special that hasn't viewed as special before, and just guessing at the correctness of the statement. Check out the D310 description of lot 836--contrary to what it says, there have been one, possibly two auction lots in the last ten years that had more D310's.
