Leon - actually you are correct. I only saw the posts from the other day and since I don't know what was said this morning (as it was deleted before I saw it), I really should not say anything at all.

That being said, I was only commenting on IIED of requires extreme and outrageous conduct causing the plaintiff severe emotional distress. Pretty high bar...
