Yes, the ball was autographed by Ruth. When it was caught the individaul went to Ruth's hotel after the game and asked that he sign the ball. It was authenticated by Hunt! The same day he hit #713 (which whereabouts is still unknown) and #714 which was donated to Coppertown. That was his last three HR's. |
