I had one encounter with him about fifteen years ago when I offered to sell him a raw nm/mt CJ Speaker (later graded PSA 8). He looked at it for about a half a second and tossed it down on the table and started talking to somebody else. He did not say anything to me. I asked what he thought and he replied, in a curt manner, "Not interested!" as if I had offended him by offering the card. His ads did say, "I buy it all!". I will never deal with him again. He is not looking for customers like the folks on this board. He is looking for people who don't fully understand what they have so he can lowball them and flip the material to another dealer. Just my opinion. Maybe he is just upset that he could not play himself in the movie. |
