I am still waiting for that retraction. Your paragraph that I quoted implies
I had something to do with your ebay problems.

No wonder you have problems your communication skills suck.

I consider myself to be very reasonable, I have probably had three bad transactions on ebay all as a buyer. One of these was with Jason, and it gives me a small sense of satisfaction to see I am not the only one. His story was that "He sold my card for MORE money off ebay". Now it seems his "hired help" probably had it re-graded by PSA. Anyways it was the 1915 Cj Hippo Vaughn last card in set, and he PROMISED ME if I left him a positive, he would send me a FREE t205 hat I needed for my set. I folded like a sheet, and left him a positive...his reponse..NO t205 and he NEGGED me! I couldn't be happier! WHEEEEE

Ted-

Complete lie. Half truth story as usual.

Steve-

Still a noob that does not deserve recongnition because you are a troublemaker.

Bulldog-

Who the heck are you? You must be Steve's tag-along pet.

Keep it up boys!

Listen up, I am going to give you some advice. The more you call people names the more you look
foolish, I have been collecting for more then 40 years a 'noob' I am not. I was brought into this mess by
you addressing me by name. You wrote something that implied that I had an ebay transaction with you that went awry.
That is a bold face lie. If you do not want me to go back and forth with you then don't bring me into your
nonsense. I made a generic statement above and you took it as a swipe against you. For all you know I was referring
to the person that you posted all the feedback about. A smarter person would have took it that way.

As for Bulldog I have no idea who he is.

As for Ted his truth is 100% right on.

Keep ignoring me.

Steve

Since you're never going to stop posting about this topic Jason I'd like to hear your side of the story on this deal with Ted where you left him a negative. I read the link to the story on the CU boards and it sure doesn't look as though he's lying. You promised him a card if he left you positive feedback - he did so and you gave him a negative.

Now I'm not sure why you continue to drag this out because you look really bad here...you had some difficult ebay deals in which you claim your employee is responsible and you do very little in my estimation to make it right with the buyers. So in order to get back at them you buy something from them off ebay so you can hold the feedback over their head. Now your complaining that ebay has suspended you when it's clear to everyone that your intention was to cause more problems by holding the feedback over their heads.

Dan-

You have no knowledge of the complete story. Feel free to call anytime at 816-294-9847. I am watching the CWS tonight so I may not answer, but call anytime. I will love to go over any of this over the phone. Ted's issue happended well over a year ago and I barely recall what it was even about. I do not have a habit of giving negatives and try to avoid at all cost, so if he got one, it was well deserved. The thing that matters here is that David Rosenberg is exposed for what he really is and point made that ebay screwed up by taking away balance of power between buyers and sellers. Seems like all I do is defend myself here because guys like Steve and Ted have nothing to do but troll my threads and talk about me like they know me, which is not true. Believe what you want, but all that matters is what the solid guys who know me on here think. They know me, how I conduct business, and what I am about. Many tousands of dollars in transactions with guys like Toby, Dan K, Wentz's, etc....guys like that. I have never bought or sold anything with Steve, or George as far as I know, and I dont even remember Ted's issue but am very sure it was minor. My guess is a card under $50. Seems like the more low ticket items you sell, the more problems you will have, especially on ebay. I am done here for quite a while. Need a break. Hopefully this thread will die and everyone can move on if Steve and the like will let it. I only keep posting because I feel I need to atleast defend myself.
