PSa buys the card, destroys it, and never mentions it again. I have a feeling that the issue is that if they didd indeed grade an altered card, they dont want to admit. So buy, even with a straw buyer with a TOP all bid, why not since your ENTIRE reputation is at stake right? Then destoy it or put it under the glass on the desktop. Just my 2 cent, but the card should be bought back somehow and destroyed
